Cleaning of Common Areas and Rooms
- Disinfect and ventilate areas that come in contact with people outside, such as the handrails in common areas.
- Disinfectant is placed at the entrance and other common areas.
- Disinfection of doorknobs and other high-touch surfaces, and proper hygienic control such as the wearing of rubber gloves when cleaning rooms.
- Suspend or limit operation of some services provided at properties such as reception and breakfast.

Protection of Guests and Staff
For Guests:
- Recommendation of wearing masks and washing hands with soap.
- 24/7 Hotline Service for inquiries during stay

For Staff:
- All staff are required to wear masks, wash hands with soap and daily temperature checks.
- Refraining from coming to work and instructing staff to see a medical institution when they are sick or have a fever.
- Implementation of shift telework, minimizing direct contact with other staff.
